In Cistercian abbeys, monks kept wine for feast days and beer as their everyday drink.
In keeping with tradition, our beers are brewed using traditional methods and high fermentation.

Abbey and tasting cellar:
Tuesday to Friday from 2pm to 6pm.
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: from 10am to 6pm.
Closed on Mondays. Closed on Saturday and Sunday mornings in January.
FROM 15 APRIL TO 30 SEPTEMBER
Abbey and tasting cellar:
Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 7pm.
Closed on Mondays, except Mondays in July, August and September.
Wine Restaurant :
Open Tuesday to Sunday every lunchtime, on concert evenings, and on Fridays and Saturdays in July and August.
