In 1139, when the monks were looking for a unique place to install their Abbey, they had to meet a fundamental criterion namely the presence of a large terroir.

Wine tasting is possible during the cellar’s opening hours.
In the Cistercian abbeys, the monks kept the wine for the holidays and the beer as a daily drink.
In keeping with tradition, our beers are brewed in a handcrafted and high fermentation manner.
