The restaurant’s philosophy is to offer colourful, aromatic and gourmet dishes.
Thanks to our gardens and vegetable patches, which have been organically cultivated for over 10 years, we have access to an essential palette of ‘colours, scents and flavours’ that give our cuisine its authenticity and originality.

All year round, noon or evening, after prior agreements, we offer meals of groups of 20 to 120 people, in the dining room or on the terrace depending on the season:
– For businesses (small seminars, meals, drinks receptions, meetings, etc.), tour operators, associations, etc.
– For individuals (birthdays, christenings, small weddings, meals with friends, etc.)
In order to best accommodate groups, we offer to personalise requests as much as possible and provide a tailored menu. For groups, please do not hesitate to contact us at groupes@valmagne.com

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: from 10am to 6pm.
Closed on Mondays. Closed on Saturday and Sunday mornings in January.
FROM 15 APRIL TO 30 SEPTEMBER
Abbey and tasting cellar:
Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 7pm.
Closed on Mondays, except Mondays in July, August and September.
Wine Restaurant :
Open Tuesday to Sunday every lunchtime, on concert evenings, and on Fridays and Saturdays in July and August.
